Food was really good. Service by staff was very good and felt very homely. Chef Ranjit took special care for our needs. Other staff at restaurant were extremely helpful. Check in and check-out was very smooth and fast.

Very less option for vegetarian food especially at grill by valley restaurant.

Hospitality was excellent and folks were friendly. Special mention of Natasha who went out of her way to make us comfortable. She took special care of our pets. surya from kitchen was responsive ans accommodating to our special requests. Karan was very professional when he delivered food and Umer handled the billing efficiently.

The South Indian food was not upto the mark esp the sambhar. Need to make more authentic sambhar.

Location and property is perfect , but it is not matching for the amount I paid . Too too expensive .

From the staff need more professional, they are good but I get different directions from different staff. It is not matching one with others.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Coorg Marriott Resort and Spa with our family, and the experience was truly outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a team of exceptionally friendly and professional staff who seemed to go above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The location of the resort is simply breathtaking. Nestled in the midst of what feels like an enchanted forest, the property is not only vast but also impeccably maintained and spotlessly clean. The ambiance alone is worth the visit. As parents, one of our concerns was keeping our 3.5-year-old son entertained, and the resort had a well-equipped play area that he absolutely loved. It was a relief to see him having such a great time. We'd like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to some remarkable individuals who made our stay truly memorable. Indira, Umer, and Jobin from the front desk team were exceptional in their service. They seemed to compete amongst themselves to provide the best assistance. The restaurant managers, Mohan Raj and Arjun, along with executive Noel, were always attentive to our needs. Mohan even went out of his way to make sure our son had something to eat, even when we dined outside the restaurant. And a special mention to Indira for arranging a lovely cake for our son - that gesture meant the world to us. Overall, our experience at Coorg Marriott Resort and Spa was nothing short of amazing. We wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone considering a visit. You won't regret it. We are already looking forward to our next Coorg trip, which will undoubtedly include a stay at this wonderful resort. We can't thank the staff enough for making our stay unforgettable.
